We offer very flexible rental terms. You can rent a unit on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitments required.
How do I access my storage unit?
Once you complete your rental and sign the agreement, you will be given a unique gate code that will allow you access to your unit.
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made online through our secure portal, over the phone, or set up for automatic monthly billing.
What security measures do you have in place?
Our facility is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance, gated access, and secure locks to ensure the safety of your items.
What are your office hours? What are your gate hours?
Our office hours are 6:00 AM–10:00 PM. Standard access hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, with a 24/7 access upgrade available for $10/month. Our team is available by phone, text, or email daily from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.
What do I do when I no longer need the storage unit and want to close my account?
We ask that you give us 14-days notice when you are ready to vacate your unit and you can let us know by phone, text or email. Please leave the unit clean/empty, unlocked and with the door closed. Send us photos of the empty unit and we will close out your account on the same day you vacate.
